Raska offers consultant engineers of varying disciplines to perform feasibility and conceptual design studies, identify and resolve problems, equipment selection sizing and uncertainty analysis, the creation of functional design specifications and the writing of manuals and various procedures. Raska operates a Flow Metering Consultancy group comprised of several senior consultants, Metering Engineers and Auditors. This group has extensive experience providing consultancy services globally. Our services can range from conceptual design studies, defining measurement philosophies and FEED studies to design specifications, determining uncertainty mass balance, risk exposure modeling, and mis-measurements. 

Engineering support can range from the setup of procedures, schedules, calibration regimes, electronic data management systems, data validation methodologies, mis-measurement reporting mechanisms and other operational management requirements. Our engineers regularly provide cost estimates, feasibility and best cost options to fulfill metering requirements in line with our client’s needs, working with other departments within the client’s company to review field development and cost solutions.
